At Clitoria, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and flexible Return & Exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange easily through our app.

Please ensure the following before raising a request:

• ✅ The product must be in its original and unused condition

•  The return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• ✅ We accept requests in the following cases:

  • Mismatch in quality, size, color, or design

  • Missing or wrong item received in a combo or multi-product order

•  Make sure to hand over the correct product (as per the AWB & Order Number)

•  Always collect the pickup slip or confirmation SMS at the time of pickup
