By using the Clitoria Customer, you agree to these terms:

1. Usage: You must be 18+ or under supervision to use this app.

2. Orders: Once confirmed, orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

3. Payments: You may use COD or secure online methods.

4. Returns/Refunds: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

5. Prohibited Use: Do not misuse the app or upload harmful content.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (weather, courier issues, etc.)
